Our Mirrabooka Online Store accepts a variety of payment methods in Australian Dollars ($AUD) using Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), PayPal (Members and Credit Card for Non-Members) and Bank Transfer payments. At checkout, you will be prompted to select your payment method after providing your shipping information and selecting your shipping method. Shortly after your order has been finalised through the checkout, you will receive a customer order email from us with the details of your order.


For online Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) orders, you will be asked to enter your credit / debit card details on our Online Store. All Mirrabooka Credit / Debit Card orders are secured through ANZ's egate payment gateway service. We do not see or retain any credit or debit card information; your card information is submitted directly and securely to ANZ Bank for payment processing. Mirrabooka does not charge any fees or surcharges for using your Credit / Debit Card to make payment on our Online Store.


For online PayPal orders, proceed to checkout and select the PayPal option. After you have confirmed your order, you will be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page. You will then be able to finalise your order by either logging in to your PayPal account (PayPal Members) or checking out as a PayPal guest (PayPal Non-Members). For members, PayPal accepts payment using your PayPal balance, linked Credit / Debit Card or linked bank account, and for non-members, PayPal accepts payment using your Credit / Debit Card.


To make a payment via Bank Transfer, you will be provided with details of our Mirrabooka bank account at payment selection at checkout. Simply select 'Bank Transfer Payment' at checkout to reveal our Mirrabooka Protein bank account details. Please check our bank account details before you make any Bank Transfer payments for your order. Our bank account details will also be displayed on the customer order email that you receive from us.
To speed up order and payment finalisation for bank transfer payments, feel free to email your payment confirmation to Please note that orders are finalised when payment has been cleared which may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank. You will be notified when your Bank Transfer order has been shipped with a shipment email.
