  2. Every published review is associated with a specific order number from our online store.
  3. MIRRABOOKA does not publish reviews written by staff, competitors, paid persons who have not used the product, or persons who have used the product and written an inflated review for financial gain.
  4. Positive and negative reviews will be published without moderation, omitting or editing, provided they do not require moderation for the reasons below.
  5. Reviews will not be published for the following reasons; containing inappropriate language, personal attacks, links to other websites, competitor advertisements and disclosed personal information, questions for MIRRABOOKA customer care or where the reviewer has not received and tried the product.
  6. A Verified Buyer may review each product purchased in an order once. They may review the same product after purchasing again at a later date.
  7. A Verified Buyer may provide one Customer Experience Review per order.
  8. MIRRABOOKA will publish reviews within 5 business days of receiving.
  9. MIRRABOOKA's decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to reviews is final and binding.

REVIEW & WIN

  1. Each Mirrabooka Review and Customer Experience Review published has the chance to win one 1kg Mirrabooka Protein each month.
  2. The quality of the review will be the determining factor.
  3. Positive and negative reviews will be treated the same in determining winners for this Promotion.
  4. Promotional period: Monthly winners will be decided on the 14th of each month and notified by email within one week.
  5. MIRRABOOKA's decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to Review and Win promotion is final and binding.

AMENDMENTS TO REVIEW POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time. Continued use and ordering from this website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
