1. "MIRRABOOKA REWARDS" means the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program providing members with access to exclusive benefits and rewards.
  2. "Activation/Activate" refers to the process required to activate the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS card on the Mirrabooka Protein website.
  3. "Benefits" means any benefits given to the members.
  4. "Member" means individuals who sign up to the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS.
  5. "Member Profile" means the personal details of the member which can be updated on the Mirrabooka Protein website.
  6. "Mirrabooka Protein website" refers to the website where details of the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program (including the most up to date Terms and Conditions) can be found. The Mirrabooka Protein website also provides for updating the member profile.
  7. "MIRRABOOKA" means MIRRABOOKA PROTEIN ABN 55 137 158 117 or its authorised representatives.
  8. "Redeem rewards" means members can redeem rewards against purchases.
  9. "Rewards" refers to rewards given to members as a consequence of purchasing behaviours, incentives and/or promotions. Members are notified of rewards via email.
  10. "Technical Issues" means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or intranet site.
  11. "Terms and Conditions" mean the Terms and Conditions set out in this agreement and as updated on the Mirrabooka Protein website.


  1. The Terms and Conditions set out in this document concern the operation of the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program (the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS), the Mirrabooka Protein website and any promotional activity and loyalty transactions that arise as a consequence of the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program.
  2. Individuals who join the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program and/or redeem rewards agree to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  3. The most current Terms and Conditions at any point in time can be found on the MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS page of the MIRRABOOKA website.
  4. The Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior notification by MIRRABOOKA in its absolute discretion. Despite anything to the contrary contained in this document, any modification to the Terms and Conditions may be applicable to a member retrospectively.
  5. MIRRABOOKA will not accept any liability for any email communication to any member that is misdirected, lost or not received.
  6. MIRRABOOKA will not accept any liability for any Technical Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection with the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program.
  7. MIRRABOOKA may collect personal information from the members for the purpose of facilitating the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program. Please see the MIRRABOOKA Privacy Policy for more information.
  8. In its absolute discretion, MIRRABOOKA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program at any time.
  9. MIRRABOOKA will not be liable for any tax liability incurred by a member in connection with the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program, including that incurred in the provision of rewards.
  10. The Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any additional conditions associated with rewards. In the event of any discrepancies, MIRRABOOKA's decision in its absolute discretion will be final and binding.
  11. MIRRABOOKA's decision in relation to all matters arising in relation to the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program is final and binding.


  1. An individual is deemed to be a member of the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS loyalty program when they sign up on the Mirrabooka Protein website and activate their membership.
  2. Membership is Activated when a Registered Customer places their initial order (or next order for pre-existing Registered Customers).
  3. Customers checking out as Guests are not entitled to Members Benefits.
  4. Activation is deemed acceptance by the member of the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Membership of the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS loyalty program is only open to customers of the Mirrabooka Protein Online Store with a valid email address.
  6. At any time, members can only have one membership to the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS loyalty program.
  7. MIRRABOOKA reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership of the MIRRABOOKA REWARDS loyalty program without prior notice or reason and in its absolute discretion.
  8. Membership is not transferable.
  9. It is the responsibility of the member to update their membership profile.
  10. A member can at anytime terminate their membership by providing email notice to MIRRABOOKA protein.


  1. Members of the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program will be entitled to receive benefits.
  2. MIRRABOOKA reserves the right to vary and cancel upcoming and existing benefits at any time and without notice.


  1. At its sole discretion, MIRRABOOKA may update a member account with a reward as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive and/or promotional activities.
  2. MIRRABOOKA will notify the member via email of their entitlement to any rewards.
  3. MIRRABOOKA reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary the rewards without notice and at any time.
  4. Rewards are generally expressed in a monetary form - for example, 11 points, or a $11 reward. However, in no way do rewards represent legal tender in any country.
  5. Rewards cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not redeemable for cash or any other like instruments - including (but not limited to) gift vouchers, gift cards, cheques and credit notes.
  6. Rewards can only been earned at the Mirrabooka Protein Online Store and can only be earned by registered, logged in Members. 
  7. Rewards can only be redeemed at the Mirrabooka Protein Online Store and can only be redeemed by registered, logged in Members.
  8. Rewards cannot be earned using other Rewards as part of the transaction. E.g. If a Member transacts using $99.95 in cash and $60 in Rewards, they are not entitled to the $11 Reward for Members who spend $159.95 (despite the transaction adding up to $159.95); the Member must spend $159.95 in total excluding any Rewards.
  9. MIRRABOOKA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using rewards.
  10. If a membership is terminated from the MIRRABOOKA loyalty program, all outstanding and future rewards will no longer be valid and will be rendered null and void.
  11. Rewards can take up to 48 hours before they are available for redemption.
  12. All rewards have an expiry date and at which point they will no longer be available for redemption.
  13. Only rewards from one MIRRABOOKA REWARDS Member can be presented per transaction.
  14. MIRRABOOKA will not be held responsible or liable if rewards are not able to be redeemed for whatever reason but specifically, in the case of a technical failure of software or hardware malfunction.
  15. Rewards cannot be redeemed in any store.
